Bob brings his wealth of experience to bear in advising owner-managed businesses, especially on how best to structure themselves in order to maximise financial returns while taking into account tax efficiencies at all levels and stages of their development.

Bob is a father of four children, yet still finds time to practice his favourite sports, fishing, swimming and walking his dog.

Janice, having previously worked in audit at one of the Big Four, provides high-level support for clients by working to ensure a mutually beneficial outcome – applying her expertise to maximising the potential of their businesses. As head of compliance, she also takes on responsibility to ensure the integrity of all statutory work.

When it comes to leisure time, Janice’s interests lie outdoors – running, skiing or hiking her way around different countries, her high point being the ascent of Kilimanjaro.

Jenny Tobin, Audit and Accounts Manager

Jenny is the lynchpin in the coordination process. She is a qualified auditor, with awesome organisational skills that are brought to bear in the service of ensuring clients receive exactly the level of service they should expect.

When work is done, she exercises with yoga and walking, then loves to refuel with good restaurant meals and holidays in the sun.

Ben Gilbert, Audit and Accounts Manager

Ben, with his accountancy and audit qualifications, assists in the coordination of all the departments. His commitment is to providing outstanding client service, finding the best solutions and seeing them through thoroughly.

Ben, who lives locally with his fiancée and dog, is a keen runner and a fan of football and cricket. He also likes to cook and to take holidays abroad.

Beata Lee, Tax Manager
CIOT

Beata is a tax advisor for the Private Client Department. Her qualifications and expertise in personal tax, capital gains tax, trusts and estates planning are at the disposal of individual clients whose affairs require specialist advice on such matters.

Beata balances her busy work life with being a mother, a keen cake baker and crafter. And when she’s done all that, she likes to go rambling in the hills and dales with her family.

Victoria Copley, Practice Administrator

Victoria’s work is essential to the operational efficiency of the organisation. She ensures that the infrastructure is in place to support the Advance team, whose responsibility it is to service clients to the highest standards.

Outside of work, she is a busy mother of two, Sophie and Charlotte, who loves spending time with family and friends – at home and on holidays abroad – but still finds time to support Everton.
